The Premier Mussel Academy is an independent foundation, which makes an important contribution to increasing objective knowledge about mussels across the entire chain, from cultivation to consumption.

The Premier Mussel Academy will achieve this objective by:

• Promoting research and innovation
• Bringing together and sharing knowledge
She does that by organizing lectures in collaboration with renowned scientists and offering a platform, which collect information and knowledge can be exchanged.

The Mussel Premier Academy was founded on June 25, 2013.
